I read recently that research was done that doing hand work sewing and making art has been proven to release happy chemicals in our brain. I thought how cool is that? Doing something I love and getting good brain chemicals going.
Isn't this ridiculous? It's so cold up here in MA and I know not much better in Rocha... hang in there... March 20 can't come soon enough!!!
